Odile Harter received her Ph.D. from Harvard in English. As a graduate student, she worked as a teaching fellow for the English department, a Presidential Instructional Teaching Fellow for Poetry @ Harvard, and a graduate assistant at HCL in the Woodberry Poetry Room.

As a research librarian in the Services for Academic Programs department at HCL, Odile has focused much of her work on improving and supporting different teaching and learning initiatives. She has also participated in assessment and support for pedagogical experimentation, knowledge-sharing, and innovation.
At the Bok Center, Odile has worked with the Learning Lab team as a resource to devise ways to use Harvard’s library collections in assignments for new and revised General Education courses.
